Madame Fu is a restaurant with lounges, bars and private dining, occupying the top floor of the former Barracks Block at Tai Kwun.  We bring back the experience and atmosphere of Hong Kong’s colonial past and the European Grand Cafes in Paris.  We merge contemporary taste of food and art with luxurious sophisticated service.


Madame Fu serves Cantonese cuisine, with selected signature dishes from the Northern provinces.  We offer local favorites including Dim-Sum, signature Chinese à la carte dishes, afternoon teas and western desserts.

The former founding General Manager and Head Chef of Argentina's 'Francis Mallmann 1884 Restaurant' which ranked seventh place in the 2002 listing of "The World's 50 Best Restaurants" by Restaurant Magazine, Connie's celebrated career has spanned three continents, New Zealand, Beijing, Argentina and is now making her debut in Hong Kong as Executive Director and Executive Chef of Madame Fù.
