The Rooms

Each of our rooms has it's own distinct theme and feeling, every dining experience you have at Madame Fù will be special and unique. Each of our rooms can also be booked for private dining and functions making any special event an unforgettable one. 


Grand Café

The Grand Café is Madame Fù’s fine dining room. It’s grand dimensions, large windows and white timber ceiling boards exude a bright airiness and elegant colonial atmosphere.

Comfortable banquette sofas surround the entire room and offer cosy table arrangements broken up by exotic plants and surrounded by an eclectic collection of contemporary Chinese art displayed on the original brick walls.

The colour palette of this room are shades of blue and green complimented by dark teak floors, marble tables and lush green palms.


The Whisky Lounge 

The sumptuous lounge is a man’s heaven with comfortable velvet and leather banquettes and arm chairs, Persian carpets and Konstantin Bessmertny’s iconic paintings.

You will enter the Whisky lounge through an impressive Whisky Cellar display of Classic Malts, Distillery Edition and Special Releases suitable for unique pairing Distiller Edition Dinners and Whisky Master Classes.

The Pink Room 

Styled after Mahdavi’s loved Sketch in London The Pink Room is dedicated to Hong Kong’s stylish women. The pink salon offers discreet booth seating for elegant social lunches, afternoon teas and cosy diners.

This room is ideal for dim sum lunch, casual lunch and dinner, afternoon tea, desserts and drinks.

The Library 

Madame Fù’s Library has an extensive book and magazine collection on design, fashion, travel and the arts. Its relaxed Chesterfield sofas offer a relaxed place for dining, drinks or some casual reading.

This room is ideal as a study space, drinks and snacks, coffee and desserts, lunch or dinner and private fine dining.

The Artist 

The VIP Dining room is dedicated to unique private dining experiences, pairing dinners and tastings. It seats 10 guests on a long dining table and its Venetian mirror wall reflects the unique art of Luis Chan Hong Kong’s early autodidact painter of the 1960s.

This room is ideal for private fine dining, meeting room, lunch or dinner.

The Fù Bar  

The Fù Bar is the grand stage for drinks and casual dining. Its dramatic bar occupies the entire width of the room framed by its dramatic emerald stage curtain.  

Serving a casual and dim-sum menu throughout the day it has fast become the social meeting place for drinks after work. Its art display is dedicated toHong Kong’s elegant past.

The Fù Bar will have a program of jazzy nights and silent art movies.

This room is ideal for casual lunch and dinner; drinks and snacks; afternoon tea and desserts.

The Veranda

Madame Fù’s colonial verandas recapture the grand elegance of Hong Kong’s colonial past of the Repulse Bay Hotel and the Pen.

Overlooking the Central Parade Ground which is dedicated to stage a regular program of concerts, luxury shows and seasonal events it is the perfect place for Ladies lunch, leisurely afternoon high tea and after dinner drinks.

The Red Veranda offers casual lounging on elegant Italian sofas and is the ideal place for dim-sum lunch and afternoon gatherings. Located next to the Fù Bar it will become the fashionable drinks meeting place at night.

The Blue Veranda offers sumptuous seating on Louis XVI chaise lounges broken up by exotic flowers and plants.
