Madame Fù is excited to announce a special Easter Brunch with family friendly activities to celebrate the long weekend. Guests are invited to enjoy Madame Fu’s recently launched brunch for 4 days from Friday 10th - Monday 13th April. The restaurant is also thrilled to offer families some activities for their little ones. The Library will be transformed specially for kids with a special tent set up as well as Easter themed drawing activities.
Located in the iconic Tai Kwun, Madame Fù’s recently launched free-flow brunch has been specially curated to feature a range of Chinese classics with a contemporary spin. A la carte highlights include a sumptuous range of freshly made Dim Sum including Spinach and Bamboo Pith Dumpling and Assorted Mushroom and Black Truffle Dumpling. Other highlights include Cucumber, Chilli and Coriander Salad with Vintage Vinegar Dressing, Teriyaki Baked Salmon and Madame Fù’s Chicken with Black Truffle and Chive Sauce. With lamb often enjoyed to celebrate new life over Easter, Madame Fù has added an eastern twist to the western classic with their New Zealand Lamb Rack topped with Spicy Minced Pork and Chilli.
This Easter the restaurant will also be offering a special desert available for a limited time only. The sweet treat celebrates spring with a seasonal blueberry caviar, strawberry pearls and edible flowers on a bed of almond crumble and mixed berry compote surrounded by dark chocolate ice cream in a dark chocolate shell.
With the current climate of the city in consideration, Madame Fù is also pleased to offer guests a takeaway option across all of their menus. This not only means that the restaurant can be enjoyed at home but also means guests are supporting a local Hong Kong entity.
