During lunch across the 24th & 25th of December as well as the 31st December and 1st of January 2020, Madame Fù is offering guests the option to enjoy a brand new free flow brunch experience featuring Unlimited Dim Sum, the Madame Fù’s Beijing Duck Station and a Canapé Station. Guests will then have the option to choose their main course from a selection of items and finish off with an Ice Cream Sundae.
Dinner across these four days will feature a set menu with choices available. Signature dishes include Madame Fù’s Iberico Char Siu, Chili Garoupa Fish and Wok-Fried Brussel Sprouts with Pomegranate. To end the meal, guests can enjoy the Madame Fù’s special Dark Chocolate Lava Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream. There is also an option for guests to indulge in the pairing menu which includes a special cocktail to kick things off, followed by Château Saint Baillon Côtes de Provence Rosé 2018, France, and Chiaro Prosecco and Palliser Estate, Martinborough, Pinot Noir 2016.
On New Year’s Eve guests can also enjoy live music throughout the evening from talented performers who have an excellent lineup in store to welcome in 2020. Across lunch and dinner, guests are also welcome to select the restaurants traditional a la carte menu where pudding lovers can enjoy our Christmas finale, a Black Forest filled Chocolate Christmas Tree (available only on December 24th, 25th & 31st).
Available throughout the festive season will also be the new citrus and spiced cocktail, Orange Is The New Black. Another new christmas cocktail on offer is the Sleigh Bells Ring which features a variety of warming ingredients including Smirnof, cinnamon, Franglico and Creme de Cacao Dark.
