Chinese New Year is not complete without Lo Hei, the centerpiece of the table during the festive season. Madame Fù is excited to present their special Lo Hei featuring a medley of ingredients; Deep Fried Enoki Mushroom, Taro, Purple Sweet Potato with Smoked Salmon and Honey Citrus Dressing. As tradition dictates, all diners toss the ingredients into the air and the higher the toss, the better luck and fortune for the upcoming year. Another traditional dish being released is Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, a soup that includes a delicate combination of Double-Boiled Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Conch. The dish brings diners continued luck. For dessert there will also be Egg Custard Bun (Chinese New Year Limited Edition) along with Mandarin Petit Gateau.
