Highlighting Citrus Verbena & Lemon Mousse, each spoon delivers a tropical essence of the ripe mangoes on top of the luscious citrus juice-made mousse. The Yuzu Pavlova is tipped with hand-whipped, light and airy meringue on top of the zesty yuzu curd - guests can relish in the perfect harmony of the sweet and tangy taste of the pomelo fruit. 炎炎夏日,Madame Fù 選用盛夏時令水果入饌,推出令人垂涎的「鮮果風情」水果主題下午茶,為賓客帶來清新且獨特的味覺體驗。
Madame Fù 廚師團隊精心設計了一系列精緻且色彩斑斕的水果主題點心,每款菜式均以當造水果作主要原料,致力為賓客帶來一場舌尖上的水果盛宴。甜點如柑橘檸檬馬鞭草慕絲,底層舖以香甜的柑橘汁,拌入細滑如天鵝絨質感的忌廉慕斯,讓您沉浸在充滿芬芳果香的天堂中。柚子蛋白脆甜餅的蛋白酥皮以人手打發,以恰好的溫度焗成飽滿的弧度,再從頂端淋上酸甜濃郁的柚子醬,這道甜點完美融合了柚子獨特的柑橘香氣與蛋白脆甜餅的輕盈口感。追求清爽口感的您更不能錯過這道蘋果清新果凍,大廚使用以新鮮蘋果提取的果汁,加入大菜熬煮過後冷卻而成,果凍入口冰涼爽滑,帶來一絲絲清新的酸甜滋味。一杯香氣怡人的紅茶配上杏脯與小紅莓英式鬆餅,蓬鬆鬆軟的英式鬆餅散發著濃郁的牛油香氣,加入芳香酸甜的杏脯和微酸的小紅莓果肉,口感豐富。
