Get carried away by the night on our candlelit Verandahs, or in our dreamlike Pink Room and dazzling Grand Café reminiscent of old time glamour.
Madame Fù is celebrating Valentine's Day with a special set menu. Across four of the seven unique and intricately designed rooms, the restaurant has created a unique atmosphere for guests to enjoy a romantic evening. Available on the 14th and 15th of February, Madame Fù’s Valentines menu begins with sharing dishes including a Dim Sum Basket featuring Pink Crystal Shrimp Dumplings and Seafood Honey Bean Dumplings as well as an Appetizer Platter with Duck Tart with Sesame Dressing, Chinese Yam Salad and Crispy Salmon Puff. Main courses include a western spin on the eastern classic; French Blue Lobster with Dan Dan Noodles and Émulsion de Sake with Wasabi Angus Beef and Okra.
To finish, guests can enjoy a special fruity sharing desert coined “Apple of My Eye" - to crack open the glazed white chocolate shell to reveal a vanilla mousse with rose apple confit at the heart over a chocolate butter cake. The dish also features a crunchy chocolate almond crumble and smooth strawberry coulis providing the perfect balance to this desert for two.

To note, all other rooms will be taking regular bookings as normal.
There will be no minimum charge on the 15th Feb.
