Please note all sales on gift vouchers are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on gift vouchers. 

Vouchers will be ready to pick-up at the reception of Madame Fù Grand Café Chinois, 3 working days following order and payment completion. 

Postal delivery of vouchers will be sent upon order and payment completion, please allow 7 working days for delivery with SF Express.

Madame Fù is not liable for any damage to the voucher during the delivery.

Please ensure postal addresses provided are full and correct, Madame Fu will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses supplied by the client, resulting in incomplete deliveries. 

Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance and are subject to availability of booking.

Please specify that this voucher will be used and provide your voucher code when making the reservation.

Validity period of this coupon: within 6 months of the issue date.

Table preferences are considered, but not guaranteed.

The original copy of this voucher must be presented to redeem the offer.

Cancellation within 24 hours of booking renders voucher null and void.

This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash in part or full. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher.

 This voucher is not valid in conjunction with any special promotion.

Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.

Vouchers will not be replaced if the voucher is lost, stolen or destroyed.

This voucher contains value which may only be used to consume food, beverage and other services at Madame Fù. It cannot be redeemed in order to purchase other gift vouchers.

Madame Fù retains the right to reject any gift voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.

Madame Fù reserves the rights of final decision in any case of disputes.
