Please note all sales on gift vouchers are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on gift vouchers.
Vouchers will be ready to pick-up at the reception of Madame Fù Grand Café Chinois, 3 working days following order and payment completion.

Postal delivery of vouchers will be sent upon order and payment completion, please allow 7 working days for delivery with SF Express.

Madame Fù is not liable for any damage to the voucher during the delivery.

Please ensure postal addresses provided are full and correct, Madame Fu will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses supplied by the client, resulting in incomplete deliveries.
Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance and are subject to availability of booking.

Please specify that this voucher will be used and provide your voucher code when making the reservation.

Validity period of this coupon: within 6 months of the issue date.
