· Handmade Quality: Each batch is handcrafted; expect natural variations in color, texture, and spice. Photos are for reference only.

· Storage: No artificial preservatives. Store in refrigerator once received. Refrigerate (4°C or below) and consume within 30 days.

· Allergens: This is a gluten-free products. Ingredients contain scallops, shrimp and chili. Please check ingredients before purchase if you have any food-related allergies, company is not liable for allergic reactions.

· Confirmation: Orders are only processed after full payment.

· Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. A redelivery fee will apply if a delivery fails due to incorrect information or if no one is available to receive the package.

· Local Hong Kong Cold Chain delivery of HK$30 applies per order. Free Delivery will be applied automatically for orders of 4 or more bottles.

· Postal delivery will be dispatched via SF Express upon order confirmation and full payment. Please allow up to seven (7) working days for delivery within Hong Kong.

· Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. (Excludes remote areas: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, and Peng Chau; and South Lantau areas including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc., as well as restricted areas.)

· Self-Pickup: Collect within two working day of the agreed date. Mass order please further discuss with an agreed pick-up date. Late pickups will be cancelled without a refund.

· Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for the XO sauce transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address. Madame Fù is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the product after this point.

· Transport Damage: Madame Fù is not liable for any damage to the XO sauce that occurs during the courier transport. Claims for damaged goods must be filed directly with SF Express by the recipient in accordance with their policies.

· All Sales are Final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind or taste preference.

· Madame Fù and its affiliates are not liable for any consequences, loss, or damage resulting from the consumption of Product

· The products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any form of resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or pursue legal action against any party engaged in unauthorized resale.
