Osmanthus, Snow Pear & White Fungus Jelly: An innovative tribute to Chinese aesthetics. Juicy, sweet snow pear pairs harmoniously with nourishing white fungus, infused with fragrant osmanthus nectar and set into a crystal-clear jelly. On the palate, it greets you with the delicate aroma of osmanthus and the crisp freshness of pear, delivering a warm, non-cloying sweetness—like a butterfly gently kissing a petal in spring, each bite wraps you in the comforting embrace of the new year.
Pineapple Coconut Mousse: A hidden tropical delight! Handcrafted candied pineapple forms the base, bursting with sweet and tangy juices and wrapped in a warm caramel-like aroma. The light, airy mousse blends seamlessly with rich coconut cream, transporting your taste buds to a sun-drenched flower field with every mouthful.
Blue Cheese & Smoked Salmon Focaccia is a masterpiece of flavour pairing. Our chefs’ homemade Italian focaccia boasts a crisp golden crust and a fluffy, airy interior, subtly infused with olive oil. Layered with smoky salmon—fresh and imbued with a unique wood-fired aroma—and paired with rich, creamy blue cheese, it creates a perfect symphony of savoury, milky and smoky notes that dance on the tongue!

桂花雪梨白雪耳糖水果凍:中式美學的創新演繹 —— 清甜多汁的雪梨搭配潤肺養顏的白雪耳,融入馥鬱芬芳的桂花蜜,凝結成晶瑩凍體。入口是桂花的清雅與雪梨的脆嫩,甜度溫潤不膩,宛如春日蝴蝶輕吻花瓣的溫柔,每一口都是專屬新一年的治愈力量。
菠蘿椰子慕絲:暗藏熱帶風情驚喜!底層手工糖漬菠蘿肉酸甜多汁,裹着焦糖般溫潤香氣;上層絲滑細膩的椰子慕絲入口滿是純粹椰香,綿密如雲。彷彿置身漫山遍野的花田,清新惬意。
