Inspired by the woodland sprites, we’ve transformed dewdrops, ivy, moonbeams, & delicate wings into edible poetry—each savoury and sweet creation tells a tale woven between moss and dappled light.
Our pastry chef has handcrafted a series of enchanting forest delights using the season’s finest ingredients—"Fantasy Forest Mushroom" features a cinnamon-apple profiterole crowned with green apple mousse, reminiscent of a playful mushroom discovered deep in the woods. One gentle bite reveals a surprise of crisp, sweet, and subtly spiced morning light
"Misty Taro Coconut Delight" blends smooth taro paste with tender shredded chicken infused with coconut aroma, as if prepared by fairies gathering morning mist and earthy roots—each layer tenderly unfolds with lingering warmth.
