The brunch features an array of hearty and flavorful options, including two exclusive dim sum creations crafted specially for the Year of the Horse: Shredded Purple Cabbage Puff and Sichuan Turnip Cake. Guests can also savor beloved classics like Firecracker Chicken, Dim Sum Selection, and our signature Maltose Glazed Spanish Chestnut-Fed Barbecued Char Siu, paired with free-flowing premium tea, freshly squeezed juices, or 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞-𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐆.𝐇.𝐌𝐮𝐦𝐦 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐞 for a touch of celebration.
