This summer, Madame Fù proudly partners with Saicho, the premium sparkling tea brand, to create a limited-edition afternoon tea experience. Inspired by the delicate, aromatic notes of Osmanthus Sparkling Tea, we have crafted a series of elegant desserts that offer a refreshing escape from the summer heat.
Saicho sparkling tea is a celebration of tea artistry through the lens of champagne-making. Light, refined bubbles carry the subtle floral and tea notes, leaving a lingering, graceful finish on the palate – an elevated tea experience like no other.
The curated selection includes:
Mango & Coconut Futomaki – Our pastry chef skilfully transforms risotto rice with coconut milk into a silky rice pudding, wrapped in vibrant mango purée and shaped into an elegant futomaki. A refreshing, inventive sweet bite perfect for summer.
Osmanthus Jasmine Roll Cake – A soft, moist sponge infused with fragrant osmanthus and refreshing jasmine, perfectly echoing the floral harmony of our signature Saicho osmanthus tea.
Dubai Chocolate Pistachio "Ice Cream" – Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate knafeh. Butter-infused crispy kataifi strands meet rich pistachio chocolate, creating an irresistible, creamy-crunchy delight.
Yorkshire Scone – Served with Rose Strawberry Rhubarb Jam, infusing a classic British favourite with a floral soul

桂香餘韻 ── 夏日協奏曲下午茶
今個夏天，Madame Fù 首度與頂級氣泡茶品牌 Saicho 攜手，將桂花風味氣泡茶的清雅氣息融入下午茶美點，為您帶來一場舌尖上的清涼饗宴。Saicho 氣泡茶以香檳美學為靈感，茶香細膩，氣泡輕盈，入口後茶韻在口腔中緩緩迴盪，優雅而高級，猶如品味一杯極致講究的香檳。
我們特別設計一系列消暑甜品：靈感源自人氣杜拜朱古力曲奇的杜拜朱古力開心果「雪糕」，牛油香氣撲鼻的麵包絲與濃郁開心果朱古力交織，一試難忘；仙桂茉莉蛋糕卷則以金桂花馥郁香氣搭配清爽茉莉，濕潤綿軟，與 Saicho 桂花氣泡茶相互呼應，每一口都是夏日詩意。

芒果椰香米布丁慕絲蛋糕– 夏日風情的創意演繹。我們的甜點主廚以義大利米加入椰奶，細心烹煮成軟滑的椰香米布甸，再包裹上鮮豔的芒果果蓉，塑造成精緻的太卷造型。入口甜美順滑，清爽宜人——是屬於夏天的味道。
仙桂茉莉蛋糕卷 - 金桂花香氣馥郁，與清爽茉莉交織成濕潤綿軟的蛋糕卷。一口細膩，花香在口中層層綻放，如沐初夏微風。
杜拜朱古力開心果「雪糕」- 以人氣杜拜朱古力曲奇為靈感，將牛油香氣撲鼻的麵包絲與濃郁開心果朱古力巧妙結合，塑造成雪糕的模樣。一口咬下，酥脆與香滑交織，驚喜連連。
約克郡鬆餅 – 搭配玫瑰草莓大黃醬，經典英式風骨注入花漾靈魂
