with a brand-new Spring–Summer Menu, carefully crafted to celebrate the brightest, lightest flavors of the year.

Designed to refresh and delight, this seasonal collection features vibrant dishes that help release the heat of summer. Think garden-fresh seasonal vegetables, prepared simply to let nature’s sweetness shine – crisp, cooling, and perfectly balanced for warm-weather dining.




Morel Mushroom and Winter Melon Soup Dumpling

A delicate dumpling filled with a fragrant blend of morel mushrooms, sweet winter melon, and a rich savoury broth. Steamed to perfection, it’s a taste of refined comfort in every bite.

 

Bamboo Pith & Seafood Dumpling

A symphony of land and sea. Delicate bamboo pith, prized for its crisp-tender texture, cradles a finely crafted seafood filling. Every mouthful delivers a refined balance of crunch and succulence.

 

Sliced Steamed Pork Belly with Garlic Puree

Tender, Silky, and Bursting with Savoury Garlic Goodness. We carefully select the finest section of the five‑layered pork belly. Slowly cooked for hours until it becomes delicately silky and melts on your tongue, while still retaining the natural sweetness of the pork. Our signature garlic purée sauce is the finishing touch. Garlic purée tossed with a secret blend of soy and spices – aromatic, savoury, and utterly irresistible.
