Love is in the air, and at Madame Fù, we are thrilled to present our newly launched Valentine’s Day Set Menu: Blossom of Love Duo Feast (available 13th – 15th February, 2026). Let this exquisite menu be the backdrop for you and your valentine to savour every moment of romantic sweetness together.
The set kicks off with our handcrafted dim sum duo: Rose Crystal Shrimp Dumpling paired with Crab Meat & Asparagus Lettuce Dumpling, complemented by the crispy Euryale Seed Ball—light, delicate starters to awaken your taste buds.
The main courses take center stage with Grilled American Angus Beef Shoulder: tender, melt-in-your-mouth perfection infused with the subtle aroma of premium Chinese wine. Also featured is Crispy Shredded Prawn with Hawthorn Berry Glaze—crisp on the outside with the golden shredded bread, and juicy on the inside with fresh prawns. This delightful dish is elevated by a tangy-sweet hawthorn sauce, balancing richness with bright, vibrant flavours.
